Community Green is a co-housing scheme in Wood Green, London. Its aim was to unite a group of diverse people including students and retirees. These scheme centres around a communal hub along with a sustainable shop and vegan fast food kitchen. There a variety of additional shared spaces including a bike workshop, laundrette and co-working space. Situated in an old car park for the council offices the site was in need of regeneration due to antisocial behaviour.
