AA1DS2 // THAMES WILDLIFE CENTRE
Thames Wildlife Centre was the first building designed on this portfolio. It is a visitors centre and wildlife sanctuary located on an island in the Thames in Reading. There was a unique opportunity to reconnect people with the Thames and its benevolence. The project reconnects people with the water and nature. The design included ad veterinary centre, visors gallery and promenade, caretaker’s residency, wildlife enclosures and re imagined wetland.
